We welcome the holidays on Sunday, December 3, with Hot Chocolate, a free holiday concert for children, in partnership with Overlook United Methodist Church. Telling the story of a young boy and his love of hot chocolate through words and song, this concert features The Bennett School Jazz Band and Youth Chorale, Harvey Boyer, conductor. Then on December 9 & 10, 2023, we will present two performances of Magnificent Magnificats featuring J. S. Bach’s Magnificat in D with orchestra and soloists. Opening the concert will be Magnificats, old and new, from composers Hirten, Rachmaninov, Pärt, Buxtehude and Ešenvalds. Tickets are $30 at the door, $25 in advance and $10 for students.
