In April 2020, Ars Choralis and soprano Lily Arbisser had planned to perform Annelies, James Whitbourn’s beautiful setting of words from Anne Frank’s diary, in honor of Yom HaShoah. The concert may have been canceled, but we have not forgotten its purpose. In remembrance, we offer this performance of Shalom Rav composed by Ben Steinberg with Jim Ulrich, soloist, Barbara Zimet, pianist and Barbara Pickhardt, conductor.
