Remembrance 9/11

Remembrance 9/11

On September 11, 2001, the sun and blue skies promised a beautiful day. Then, at 8:46 a.m., a catastrophe of unimagined proportions started to unfold, beginning in New York City, then in Washington, D.C. and finally in the quiet fields of Somerset County, Pennsylvania. That was 20 years ago. Some of the shock and horror of the tragedy may have faded with time, but in this virtual performance Ars Choralis remembers the terror and the people, terrified and confused, who were there during the tragedy.

We dedicate this program to the memory of the 2,977 people who lost their lives that day.

We will not forget.
