We are pleased to announce two performances of the U.S. premiere of Missa per Concordiam by Eric Delson on March 23 at Holy Cross/Santa Cruz Episcopal Church in Kingston and March 24 at Overlook United Methodist Church in Woodstock.

Eric Delson wrote the Missa per Concordiam for mixed voices, piano and strings for the Brussels Choral Society in commemoration of his 20th year as Musical Director. Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque and Romantic gestures can be found throughout, lending the work a historical grounding while bringing ‘concordant’ harmonies to the traditional mass structure. The work expresses the universal hope for harmony among all people.
