Celebrate the holidays with Ars Choralis as we explore the mysterious musical expression of Christmas. From the Middle Ages to contemporary composers, we’ll discover the wonders of the season through music as diverse as a twelfth century mystery play, Charpentier’s 18th century Christmas motet, “In nativitatem Domini canticum” and contemporary favorites such as Morten Lauridsen’s “O Magnum Mysterium” and Franz Biebl’s “Ave Maria”.
